See.... I stepped into a pair of new shoes not knowing how to walk in them, not knowing who bought them and why they were for me ( the shoes were actually an unlimited size) but I wasn’t able to fit not one pair. So you ask ... What the Hell woman! blah blah blah, why should we care about your new no fitting shoes..

but wait! HOLD UP GUYS, walk with me slowly through this new life because those new shoes was the passing of my LOVE, my everything. Yeah my SAM

How on earth can I survive? I thought, but my God, oh how my God loves me.... Through every tear and pain God continues to comfort me and the kids.

Thank you God for a Great Marriage of 28 years... I can hear my LOVE saying .... LIVE ON BABY, LIVE ON....

SWEAT AND DETERMINATION 🏋️‍♀️

Yeah I love myself ALWAYS AND FOREVER WILL.

My weight was something I just didn't Love anymore. And a girl can always change her LOOK. LOL.... These photos were me, in 2020... And the Pandemic didn't help the addiction of foods. But I decided to go for what was not easy... DROP THE DANG FAT

"When I made up my mind, I was no longer the same".

I had to skip all the sweets for 4 straight week. I walk miles each day mostly, alone, but baby I was so dang determined and nothing was about to tempt me. Let's get started, see I woke up one morning as usually with crushing throbbing knee pain, this have been a pain routine for now about 13 years. AND I AM SO TIRED OF IT!

Today August 16, 2020 my life is headed toward a more fabulous me. Now, please understand that I dealt with pain and continued to procrastinate, even while taking my prescriptions (I would say I going to lose weight, but guys I was on a yo-yo and ladder diet up and down, up and down) Can anyone relate? This weight was going nowhere but higher on the scale. See with my arthritis pain, losing weight was definitely what my doctor instructed me to do. "HE, SHE, said lose the weight and that will take some pressure off the knees".... But did I listen?...Hmmmmm, Can you guess that answer?... You better said NO...Lol I am listening today, and I am now down from 220 pounds to 170..HALLELUJAH
